    YOU ARE:

    An ENERGETIC, DRIVEN, and PASSIONATE team member ready to play a key role in our company’s growth.

    We currently have an opening for a Client Care Consultant/Account Manager in our Walnut Creek Office. This is a full-time, exempt entry level position.

    HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM24:

    • Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to educate them on our services and sign them up to be clients
    • Ensure client satisfaction through managing our quality assurance outreach via in person visits and phone check ins
    • Display a strong commitment to the community by participating and supporting company hosted/sponsored community events, as well as, leading philanthropic events and campaigns
    • Support Managing Director and all other office staff in all sales efforts as requested (including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, doctor’s offices, etc.)
    • Provide back-up relief to the TA Coordinator for breaks, lunches, PTO etc. (including interviews and orientation for caregivers)
    • Manage information in Salesforce and ensure ClearCare compliance

    YOU'LL RECEIVE:

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    • 4 Year College Degree (BA/BS)
    • 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience
    • Highly organized
    • Self-Starter
    • Positive "Can Do" attitude
    • Strong work ethic
    • Leadership skills
    • Strong interpersonal &communication skills
    • Reliable means of transportation
    • Available outside of normal business hours for consults, emergencies or office support
