    YOU ARE:

    We currently have an opening at our San Diego office for a Talent Acquisition Assistant in our Senior Care Division to join our recruiting team. This is an entry-level full-time, hourly, non-exempt level position. 

    HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM24: 

     

    In-Office Interview Process

    • Conduct caregiver interviews (individual and group)
    • Administer all pre-employment paperwork & make conditional offer of employment

     

    New Hire Orientation

    • Conduct 5 hour in-person orientation for external employees, weekly
    • Onboard Caregivers

     

    Other

    • Comply with all state and federal regulations
    • Manage workers’ compensation mod duty employees, if applicable
    • Pass out caregiver paychecks on paydays
    • Assist the office with putting away Costco/Staples orders and maintaining a clean and professional office space
    • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    • 4 year college degree preferred (BA/BS)
    • 1-2 years Customer Service and/or Administrative experience 
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Must be detail oriented and have strong organization skills
    • Must be proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
    • Strong work ethic
    • Self-motivated
