    We have a terrific opportunity in our El Segundo Office for a full-time Accounts Payable Analyst within the Accounting and Finance department. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individual, who loves a fast-paced, collaborative environment.  You’ll be working with our partners, internal and external, to resolve Accounts Payable issues.

    • Review invoices for accuracy, appropriate documentation, and approval
    • Set invoices up for payment; process and enter into accounting system
    • Prepare checks and online payments for management review and final approval
    • Reconcile invoices, investigate, and resolve issues or discrepancies by communicating with vendors and internal employees
    • Assist with month-end close including account and credit card reconciliations and variance analyses
    • Review expense reports submitted by employees for reasonableness, adherence to Company’s expense policy, and ensure proper GL expense coding
    • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
    • Manage company car leases and related insurance
    • Evaluate Accounts Payable processes and procedures and identify ways to further automate processes


    • Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Finance or Accounting preferred)
    • 2-4 years of Accounts Payable experience
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with GAAP accounting and concepts
    • Intermediate to strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
    • Experience with QuickBooks, a plus
