    YOU ARE:

    An ENERGETIC, DRIVEN, and PASSIONATE team member ready to play a key role in our company’s growth.

    We currently have an opening in our Culver City office for a Program Coordinator Assistant. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt level position.

     

    The Program Coordinator Assistant will support our Westside Regional Center, located in our Culver City office in their day-to-day operations. As a Program Coordinator Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Program Service Coordinators as assigned to help the team manage their work flow. We are seeking an employee who demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    • Taking phone calls and responding to client requests as assigned
    • Handle all follow ups for pending direct service provider applications
    • Manage schedules for external employees
    • Assist in entering Timesheets for Billing & Payroll
    • Resolve customer service issues
    • Assist with coordinating and conducting training in CPR and First Aid for direct support providers
    • Attends community events with Program Service Coordinators
    • Plan and orchestrate meetings/conference calls
    • Correspond professionally with internal employees and external clients
    • Maintain proper recordkeeping and filing systems for all work
    • Assist other team members as necessary

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    • Associate’s (AA/AS) or Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree preferred
    • Spanish speaking required
    • Able to exercise discretion with confidential information
    • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
    • Must be flexible
    • Positive “Can Do” attitude
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Energetic Self-Starter
