    YOU ARE:

    An ENERGETIC, DRIVEN, and PASSIONATE team member ready to play a key role in our company’s growth.

    We currently have an opening for a Sales & Recruiting Specialist in our Carlsbad office. This is a full-time, exempt level position.

    HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM24:

     

    Field Recruiting

    • Develop and nurture meaningful business relationships with nursing schools, CNA programs and other community based organizations
    • Conduct nursing school presentations and attend job fairs, career events, networking events, etc.
    • Meet field recruiting hiring goals

     

    Sales

    • Consultations with prospective clients which includes discussing services, filling out paperwork, and entering clients into the system (available after hours, weekends, and holidays for consults)
    • Coordination with the care delivery team on client start dates or quality assurance issues
    • Quality Assurance calls  (first day of service)

     

    Other

    • Primary back-up relief to the TAC for breaks, lunches, PTO, etc.
    • Comply with all state and federal regulations
    • Manage workers’ compensation mod duty employees, if applicable
    • Pass out caregiver paychecks on paydays
    • Assist the office with ordering and putting away Costco/Staples orders and maintaining a clean and professional office space
    • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    • BA/BS degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field
    • 2-4 years customer service experience, or HR/recruiting experience
    • Proven leadership ability, motivating and developing employees
    • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Reliable means of transportation
    • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Must be proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
