THE ROLE:

 

In this role, you will oversee all day-to-day sales and leadership functions for the Community Partnerships Managers (CPMs) team within our Los Angeles, Inland, and Orange County territories. Directly managing numerous CPMs, you will be instrumental in meeting referrals KPI for the Disability Services Division, while also taking charge of recruiting, hiring, and retaining a top-notch sales team to drive growth. Your responsibilities extend to professional development and advancement for direct reports, ensuring accountability, optimizing performance, and setting SMART goals aligned with the overall organizational strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with the Vice President, Community Partnerships, to establish and adhere to the operating budget
  • Conduct regular shadowing of key metric activities, optimizing each direct report's productivity through data analysis and process development
  • Drive competitions and incentives to achieve key initiatives, fostering a collaborative team environment and strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Gain a deep understanding of the California Regional Center system, principles of Person-Centered Thinking, and competitor landscape to differentiate 24 Hour Home Care
  • Hold direct reports accountable for performance and professional development, conducting weekly 1-on-1s to monitor key breakthroughs, challenges, and KPI reviews
  • Identify and implement ancillary strategies to strengthen Regional Center relationships and enhance 24 Hour Home Care’s brand presence
  • Lead and coach Community Partnerships Managers to drive client referrals in all Regional Centers, exceeding set goals
  • Train and onboard new CPMs using 24 Hour Home Care’s sales system, ensuring adherence to the established methodology
  • Travel to all territories as needed for in-person support of CPMs, presentations, events, and campaigns
  • Build and instill a strategic selling methodology, emphasizing innovation, analytics, and effective use of Salesforce CRM to improve processes and decision-making

This is a hybrid position. You will be expected to visit offices in your territories at a reasonable cadence.

 

The anticipated salary range for this California-based position is $108,000 to $130,000 Additionally, there is a potential for a targeted bonus and commission as well as a $10,000 signing bonus and a $15,600 annual car stipend paid out to you directly on a bi-weekly basis. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field, plus 5+ years of healthcare sales or management experience
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and adept at addressing problems directly
  • Passionate about building and coaching a high-performing sales team, with a positive mindset for pushing beyond growth boundaries
  • Committed to enhancing business significantly, taking ownership of professional development, and embracing ongoing education
  • Knowledgeable about California Regional Center system, Person-Centered Thinking principles, and dedicated to serving the IDD population
  • Strategic leader who sets the example, collaborates effectively in a team, and contributes actively to leadership meetings
  • Flexible and resourceful, willing to take risks, make quick adjustments, and drive innovation
