THE ROLE:
In this role, you will oversee all day-to-day sales and leadership functions for the Community Partnerships Managers (CPMs) team within our Los Angeles, Inland, and Orange County territories. Directly managing numerous CPMs, you will be instrumental in meeting referrals KPI for the Disability Services Division, while also taking charge of recruiting, hiring, and retaining a top-notch sales team to drive growth. Your responsibilities extend to professional development and advancement for direct reports, ensuring accountability, optimizing performance, and setting SMART goals aligned with the overall organizational strategy. This is a hybrid position. You will be expected to visit offices in your territories at a reasonable cadence.
The anticipated salary range for this California-based position is $108,000 to $130,000 Additionally, there is a potential for a targeted bonus and commission as well as a $10,000 signing bonus and a $15,600 annual car stipend paid out to you directly on a bi-weekly basis.
