THE ROLE:
In this role, you will lead the day-to-day management of the Community Supports Division's sales territories, ensuring the achievement of measurable sales goals. You'll be instrumental in evaluating program effectiveness, devising strategic business plans, and fostering a positive organizational culture to drive revenue, profitability, and growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Sales Strategy: Execute comprehensive sales plans to exceed regional targets
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and guide a high-performing sales team for maximum impact
Territory Management: Allocate resources strategically, monitor performance, and adjust strategies for optimal market coverage
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
Sales Forecasting: Manage accurate sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with performance goals
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales team performance, implement action plans as needed
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to drive projects that enhance divisional functions
Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitors
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements
In this position, 80% of your time will be conducted in the field and 20% will be remote.
The expected California Pay Range for this position is $117,000 to $148,000 annually. In addition, there is a targeted annual bonus and annual commission, and an annual car stipend of $15,600 (to be paid out bi-weekly).
