THE ROLE:

 

In this role, you will ensure compliance with wage and hour laws by conducting research pertaining to timekeeping concerns for the Disability Services (DS) division. You will act as a liaison between providers, consumer families, and DS Support Billing team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Track timesheet issues and notify providers in a timely manner regarding corrections or actions necessary for accurate timekeeping
  • Respond to provider/consumer questions & concerns regarding timekeeping records
  • Update and maintain accurate Salesforce records regarding timekeeping concerns
  • Collaborate with branch locations to facilitate escalated client and/or provider communications and disciplinary action process 
  • Other duties as assigned

 

You will collaborate with your dynamic team in person once a month at our corporate office.

 

This is a temporary 90-day assignment. 

 

The expected California Pay Range for this position is $23 an hour. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Able to exercise discretion with confidential information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision (but in a team environment)
